2010 Grantmaking

The HNHfoundation uses grantmaking as one way to achieve its mission to evaluate and promote access to quality health and dental insurance coverage and healthy lifestyles for the residents of New Hampshire.

Before applying for a grant, you need to determine if your project is appropriate for HNHfoundation funding. You can determine this, and also familiarize yourself with our priorities by reviewing two documents:

HNHfoundation Request for Proposals 2010 and Letter of Inquiry. This document describes the mission, vision, values, and goals that inform our grantmaking, what we are funding in 2010, the grantmaking timeline, criteria for funding, general grantmaking information, and the elements required for the Letter of Inquiry.  The HNHfoundation is no longer accepting Letters of Inquiry for 2010 funding.  Please check back in late fall 2010 for the next round of Request for Proposals.

Grant Application Package This document includes an overview of the grantmaking process, an application checklist, and template examples of the grant application documents.  If your Letter of Inquiry results in an invitation to apply, download the individual documents below to submit to the HNHfoundation.
